Privacy policy

UpFrame is an AI automation service for home service businesses, operated from Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, where it goes, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it in plain English, because that is how we would want it explained to us.
The short version: we only collect what you type into the booking form plus the minimum technical data needed to run a website safely. We use it to respond to you and schedule your call. We never sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
What we collect
When you fill out the form on our booking page, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, trade, and team size
- Anything you write about your current bottleneck (optional)
Technical data
Like nearly every website, ours records limited technical data to stay online and keep spam out:
- Your IP address is checked briefly for spam and abuse prevention (rate limiting and bot detection). We do not store it with your form details.
- If something on the site breaks, an error report is sent to our monitoring service. These reports are scrubbed of personal information (names, emails, form contents) before they leave the site.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs to operate the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site does not set marketing cookies. We will not add you to a mailing list — the only emails you get are direct responses to your inquiry (a confirmation with your booking link, and replies from us).
How we use your information
We use what you submit for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and scheduling your discovery call. That means confirming your submission by email, preparing for the call, and following up with you about it.
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small set of service providers to run the site and manage inquiries. Your form details pass through:
These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Most of them operate in the United States, so your information is processed there as well as in Canada.
- Vercel — hosts the website and screens traffic for bots
- Neon — the database where your inquiry is stored
- Resend — sends the confirmation and notification emails
- Cal.com — powers the call scheduler (what you enter there is also covered by Cal.com's own privacy policy)
- Google Sheets — where we track open inquiries internally
- Sentry — error monitoring, with personal information scrubbed before anything is sent
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry details while your inquiry is active and for as long as we reasonably need them afterward for business records. If you would like your information deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it from our systems.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We comply with Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), and where applicable US state privacy laws give you similar rights. To make any request, email us — no forms, no hoops.

Changes to this policy
If our practices change — a new tool, a new use of your data — we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
